Since 1987, Scalzo Property Management has\nbeen providing professional property management services to owners of\ncommercial real estate properties as well as residential apartment and\ncondominium complexes throughout the area. Combining the personal service of a\nsmall firm with the expertise of a larger one, our property managers,\naccounting staff and office staff handle the intricate details associated with\nproperty management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Act as a liaison between senior property managers and property owners.<\/li><li>Field incoming phone calls and emails from current and prospective owners \u2013 answer questions and solve issues.<\/li><li>Create and distribute property wide communications through software platform.<\/li><li>Conduct site inspections at properties to identify and document maintenance and compliance issues.<\/li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records through a proprietary online database.<\/li><li>Coordinate and supervise 3rd party vendors, including maintaining proper documentation and insurance requirements.<\/li><li>Attend HOA meetings for our managed properties and forward any requests, concerns and\/or changes to senior property managers.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Strong customer service background<\/li><li>High proficiency in Windows and Office suite<\/li><li>Ability to prioritize and multitask, i.e. \u201cwear many hats\u201d<\/li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li><li>Strong attention to detail<\/li><li>Strong organizational skills<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Type:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Full-time<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Experience (Strongly preferred, but not required):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business<\/li><li>Property Management: 1 year minimum<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Health insurance<\/li><li>Dental insurance<\/li><li>Vision insurance<\/li><li>Paid time off<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Monday to Friday, 9:00AM \u2013 5:00PM<\/li><li>Monthly Board Meetings, typically after 5:00PM<\/li><li>Ability to occasionally work remotely<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Scalzo Property Management is an Equal Opportunity\nEmployer.
