Since 1987, Scalzo Property Management has\nbeen providing professional property management services to owners of\ncommercial real estate properties as well as residential apartment and\ncondominium complexes throughout the area. Combining the personal service of a\nsmall firm with the expertise of a larger one, our property managers,\naccounting staff and office staff handle the intricate details associated with\nproperty management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Answer calls and emails from clients and vendors.<\/li><li>Assist with the Front Desk\/Receptionist responsibilities.<\/li><li>Create and distribute property wide communications through software platform.<\/li><li>Conduct site inspections at properties to identify and document maintenance and compliance issues.<\/li><li>Create work orders and assign them to various vendors.<\/li><li>Participate in basic property management functions such as handling owner concerns and contacting vendors.<\/li><li>Assist with mailings, filing, and other general administrative tasks.<\/li><li>Assist senior property managers with short and long-term goals\/projects.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Strong customer service background<\/li><li>Exceptional computer literacy<\/li><li>Strong proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel<\/li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li><li>Strong analytical skills<\/li><li>High level of attention to detail and accuracy<\/li><li>Highly organized and ability to multitask<\/li><li>Ability to think independently while working within a group<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Type:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Full-time<\/li><li>Part-Time<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Customer Service: 1+ year (strongly preferred)<\/li><li>Property Management: 1+ year (preferred, but not required)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree (or working towards one)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Work Authorization:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>United States (required)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schedule (Flexible):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Monday to Friday, 9:00AM \u2013 5:00PM<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Scalzo Property Management is an Equal Opportunity\nEmployer.
