The Association\u2019s accounting team consists of a dedicated staff and Accountant.\u00a0 Our fully integrated systems allow vendors to email invoices to a centralized location with controlled approval levels based on the Associations requirements.\u00a0 In addition, billing and receivables are integrated and fully managed daily. \u00a0Collections work closely with your Association\u2019s attorney and follow the policies as set forth by the Association.\u00a0 All data is processed and managed daily. \u00a0Customized reports and parameters are also available, all populated with real-time data creating high-level financials allowing Associations to make good business decisions.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][\/vc_section][vc_section][vc_row][vc_column]

    Budgets<\/h2><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column][vc_column_text]Community budgets are created and prepared in coordination with the Board and voted upon by members of the Community annually.\u00a0 A Reserve Study may be recommended for large capital improvement projects that require long term budgeting and assessment consideration.\u00a0 The annual budget is then imported for monthly comparison to the actual expenses.\u00a0 If your Association requires accrued accounting versus cash, our staff is required to generate schedules that are included in your monthly financials for balancing and tracking purposes.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][\/vc_section][vc_section el_id=”online-payments”][vc_row][vc_column]

    Owner\/Board Portals<\/h2><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column][vc_column_text]Homeowners are able log into their portals and setup payment information, recurring payments, and make online payments.\u00a0 While in the portal, homeowners may view account balance and history and print many other documents such as statements and governing documents and request Certificate of Insurance and Resale Certification.\u00a0 Board Members are also able to generate financial reports and manage the Association\u2019s event calendar.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][\/vc_section][vc_section el_id=”annual-reporting”][vc_row][vc_column]
