While in the portal, homeowners may view account balance and history and print many other documents such as statements and governing documents and request Certificate of Insurance and Resale Certification. Board Members are also able to generate financial reports and manage the Association’s event calendar. You may make secure online payments through their web portal. Recurring payments are free to set up from checking and saving accounts. Credit card payments through Paylease® can be made with an additional fee to the homeowner at the time of purchase.
Owners of Rental Properties have the ability to log into an Owners portals to view real-time tenant balances and detail, accounts payable bills outstanding and balances, as well as checking account balances and details.

In general, the Architectural Modification Request form is submitted to the Board for review at their next meeting along with drawings and schematics depending on the nature of the improvement. Board members have additional access to documents such as minutes, monthly packets, and also have the ability to print real time reports such as delinquency, general ledger, and financials.

Homeowners and Lenders are able to sign in and instantly locate a Community and retrieve the necessary documentation for closing or refinancing. All costs are up-front and payments are made online.
Property Managers send via email current communication with attachments, links, and events that are scheduled at your Association. Critical information and dates such Annual meeting notices, Pressure Washing Notices, Paving Notices, Rules & Regulation reminders, etc. are communicated. No longer will you have to wait for the mail to come.
