Our Contractors are experienced in repairing leaks and performing preventative maintenance for all roofing needs.  If a large scale job is required, SPM Maintenance and Construction will alert the Property Manager who will perform bids.

SPM Construction & Maintenance can handle all of interior renovations and casualty repairs including project design and insurance claim administration.  Our quality craftsmen can install sheetrock, wood paneling, crown and base moldings, refinish natural wood surfaces, install and repair textured ceilings, faux finishing and / or sponging, and wallpaper removal and installation.  We are qualified to perform water damage and / or fire damage repairs.  Our skilled workers will perform the repair work while our administrative staff serves as your liaison with your insurance carrier.

Homeowners and Board member may log in here or from the homeowner portal link to enter a work order.   The work order is then forwarded to the Property Manager and depending on the level of the request will forward to a Contractor or SPM Maintenance and Construction, LLC.  Bids may also be required.
